I had a great warranty experience with Anchor Roofing! Achor replaced our roof in 2019 and this year we noticed a water spot in one of our bedrooms. Anchor sent Robert out to diagnose and repair the leak. Robert did excellent work for us and was very friendly, respectful, and thorough. It’s refreshing to work with a company that has such strong integrity and customer care, especially in this field of work. During a rainstorm my wife noticed a wet spot in our ceiling and as first time home owners we panicked. Luckily we had seen an Anchor roofing truck at our neighbors and figured we'd reach out for an inspection, and in swooped Alec with the rescue. He helped us find a defect in our chimney area and helped us get it and a few other potential hazards resolved before they turned into disasters.

Had a roof leak over a bathroom vent. Came out in a timely manner and inspected the problem and gave me an estimate to repair. Came back again in 2 days time and made repairs. Very professionally done from 1st contact to repair.
